Leila Antakly has spent over twenty years in conversation with artists, musicians, designers, filmmakers, and thinkers all over the world who are making work that matters. These are the conversations.

Of What Is the Horizon a Boundary? — Alena Kotzmannová in Conversation
She photographs the thin line between reality and the unreal. Alena Kotzmannová asks one question, in every project: what happens when you try to reach the boundary of the possible?
Visual Media Artist Danila Tkachenko
World Press Photo first prize. European Publishers Award. Danila Tkachenko photographs abandoned rocket facilities and people who have walked away from society entirely — asking the same question both times: who are you when the social mask comes off?
Natacha Horn Multimedia Artist and Film Director
Natacha Horn began as a journalist. Then came digital animation, a passion for directing, and SWING — an abstract short film about everyday abuse that won Best Newcomer Director at the London Independent Film Festival on its first outing. In 2026 she made something more personal still: an anti-documentary portrait of Tanita Tikaram, her wife and collaborator, delivering in her own words a raw account of life as a brown, queer woman in the UK.
“Visibility has never been our measure of significance. We seek out artists and inspiring individuals whose work sparks curiosity, challenges assumptions, and leaves a lasting impression.”
