Jade Jagger’s Beach Boutique: A Bohemian Jewel Box on Ashwen Sands

Location: Where Hippie Chic Meets Azure Waves

Tucked between powdery sand and swaying palms on North Goa’s Ashwen Beach, Jade Jagger’s eponymous boutique is a sanctuary for the free-spirited aesthete. Reopened this January, the space—a rustic-chic cabana dripping with Goan charm and Jagger’s signature boho-luxe flair—feels like stepping into the designer’s personal treasure trove.

“I first fell for this place through Idha Lindhag’s lens,” admits one visitor. “The reality is even better—raw, romantic, and unapologetically alive.”

The Vibe: Mick’s Daughter, Goa’s Muse

Jade Jagger—artist, jeweler, design maven, and eternal bohemian—has infused the boutique with her multihyphenate energy. Inside, you’ll find:

  • Handcrafted jewelry: From her iconic skull motifs (a nod to her rock ’n’ roll roots) to new collections dripping with raw gemstones

  • Breezy resortwear: Think linen kaftans, embroidered tunics, and beaded sandalsperfect for a sunset trance party or a yacht off Mumbai

  • One-of-a-kind artifacts: Tribal textiles, antique silver, and artisanal ceramics sourced from her global escapades

“It’s not a store—it’s a vibe,” says a local fashion editor. “Jade sells a lifestyle: sun-bleached, gem-crusted, and wildly elegant.”

The Jewelry: Rebel Heirlooms

Jagger’s designs—forged in London, perfected in Goa—are a study in contrast:
💀 Edgy Elegance: Skull pendants in 18k gold and diamonds (because even memento mori should sparkle)
Organic Opulence: Uncut emeralds wrapped in oxidized silver, mimicking Goan jungle vines
Nautical Whimsy: Conch-shell rings, pearl-encrusted cuffs“For mermaids who drink champagne”

“Her pieces feel lived-in,” muses a customer. “Like they’ve already survived a thousand beach parties and love affairs.”

Jade Jagger isn’t just Mick’s daughter—she’s a design powerhouse with a résumé that dazzles:

  • CEO of Jade Jagger Fine Jewellery (since 2007, now in 18 countries)

  • Former Creative Director of Garrard (yes, the crown jewelers)

  • Collaborator with Belvedere, MAC, and Philippe Starck

  • Goa’s favorite expat (when she’s not designing luxury apartments in Mumbai)

“She’s the original influencer,” laughs a boutique regular. “Before Instagram, there was Jade—stomping through Studio 54 in vintage caftans and Navajo turquoise.”

Why This Boutique Matters

  1. No Algorithm Aesthetic: Every piece is handpicked by Jadezero corporate blandness.

  2. Global Nomad Energy: The curation whispers of Ibiza sunsets, Marrakech souks, and Rajasthan palaces.

  3. Sustainable Glamour: Many pieces support Indian artisansluxury with a conscience.

Jade Jagger’s boutique isn’t just a place to buy jewelry—it’s where you borrow a slice of her mythos. Leave with a silver toe ring, a tan, and the sudden urge to redesign your life.

My career has never moved in a straight line, and that has always been the point. It began in fashion with a formative chapter at Vogue Italia, followed by an unlikely detour into finance. From there, film, PR, events and production. A role as Director at Wilhelmina Models in Dubai sharpened an eye already trained on people worth watching. Then came the years that shaped the platform: writing, editing, producing photo shoots, a short-lived photobooth business, lots of yoga and eventually Madrid, where the light is just right. Currently I am in the States in a new and exciting field, digital marketing for higher ed, but this remains my passion project. What started as a hobby back in 2003 evolved into Antakly Projects, leading to some exciting conversations, projects, and lots of joy. Throughout all of it, my best friend, one small white Shih-poo called Coco, has been present, unimpressed, and very fluffy.
