Why Tokyo is the nail art Capital of the World.

I first heard about Tokyo's Disco Nail salon owner, Nagisa Kaneko,  in an interview where she talks about the shift in Harajuku culture and how the cute cartoonish style has taken a Goth and  gory turn in terms of form of expression recently.  I'm a little sad to say good bye to Hello Kitty but excited to see more style icons with personality such as Eriko Nakao define the trends.
