Last night  Nur Khan hosted Scott Lipp's One Management 10 year anniversary which kicked off New York fashion week with a bang featuring a fantastic performance by Courtney Love.

"I'm wearing the first piece of swag I ever got," she said. "Calvin Klein, 1990. It still fits." She wore knee socks, patent leather flats,  and a black and beige ensemble revealing a very fit and toned figure.  She began talking about Frances Bean Cobain and her recent "tattoo shoot"with Hedi Slimane. "Aren't those pictures beautiful? Thank God she didn't get that nose job. ’Skinny Little Bitch’ is for her, she’s just so cool. You fucking '90s revivalists" , Love laughed to the crowd.

Lipps impressed everyone in the crowd with his drum skills and Love closed with "Northern Star" and then said, "You know, for really big modeling contracts, come to me."After the show a few VIP guests followed her to the opening of Nur's highly anticipated late night venue, The Electric Room at the Dream hotel downtown.

Special thanks to our photographer Wassim Serhan
