Wolf + Lamb: A Brooklyn-Born Musical Journey

Wolf + Lamb: A Brooklyn-Born Musical Journey

Born in 2001, Wolf + Lamb is the creative alias of Brooklyn natives Zev Eisenberg and Gadi Mizrahi. What began as a musical partnership has since evolved into a multifaceted empire—encompassing a respected record label, nightclub, studio, production duo, and DJ project.

As producers, their strengths complement each other perfectly: Gadi crafts hypnotic melodies and synth-driven textures (with a penchant for "weirdo shit"), while Zev focuses on engineering, vocals, and percussion. Their club’s dancefloor doubles as their studio—after hours, the space transforms into a wood-paneled lab where tracks are tested in real time, with the crowd’s energy shaping the music.

In 2005, they launched the Wolf + Lamb Music netlabel as an outlet for their own productions and the work of artists inspired by their events. Early adopters of digital DJing, they set out to create a digital label of distinction before breaking into vinyl in 2008 after a transformative summer in Germany. Defying industry trends, their bold, quality-driven approach has earned them lasting success.

Collaborations & Sound Evolution

Wolf + Lamb have worked with Seth Troxler, Lee Curtiss, Shaun Reeves, and Ryan Crosson, while also nurturing rising talents like Nicolas Jaar, Smirk, Sergio Giorgini, Le Loup, and No Regular Play. Originally rooted in minimal techno, their sound took a turn with 2007’s Bear Valley EP, embracing a warmer, house-infused vibe that now defines their label and parties. Their fifth release, Brooklynn EP—a soulful fusion of house, disco, and techno—marks their first vinyl pressing and drops soon on Wolf + Lamb Records.
