Founded in 2012 by Jessie Dib and her father, The Dib Studio started as a father-daughter duo developing one-of-a-kind wearable art jewelry pieces. Today, it's a thriving family affair, with every member playing a vital part in designing, prototyping, developing, and delivering DIB jewelry and home objects. From their studio workshops in North Carolina, Laguna Hills, and Caracas, they ensure that each piece they craft is one-of-a-kind.
After studying fashion design at SCAD, Jessie gained valuable experience working with renowned fashion designers and brands such as Vera Wang, Elie Tahari, and Uniqlo. Her unique approach to incorporating jewelry within her designs caught the eye of Zac Posen, who mentored her during her senior year. Encouraged by Angel Sanchez, after designing a jewelry collection for his spring/summer 2013 show, Jessie launched her own jewelry brand, known as Jessie Dib and now as The Dib Studio.
As CEO and Head Designer of The Dib Studio, Jessie brings her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting people to her work. Her contemporary and minimalistic designs have been worn by A-listers Tyra Banks, Darren Criss, and Noel Wells and have been featured in major publications such as Elle, Vogue Brazil, Vanity Fair, and Cosmopolitan. Jessie collaborates with her family, including her father, mother, brother, and husband, to produce DIB jewelry and objects that bring people together.
In addition to her work at The Dib Studio, Jessie is also involved in other entrepreneurial ventures. She is the VP & Director of Content Publishing Technology at Atomic.NYC and the VP and co-founder of RA+RE, an all-female record label and clothing line based in Paris. With her creativity and business acumen, Jessie continues to push the boundaries of traditional aesthetics and gender stereotypes, creating unique and timeless pieces that stand the test of time.
